Thanks again for the reply, but I am still stuck with a dead module. I have reinstalled the firmware, correctly this time, according to the video and nothing changes after six tries. Can you please direct me to the next step here? -Eric

Thanks for the quick reply, looks like I need another. OK, I assumed wrongly the same procedure when I FOUND no install document to be along with the download firmware (and nne in the manual). My mistake... I only found the 17 second video on installation since hearing back. My bad... but, now, performing that procedure, I can't seem to mount Pianophonic on my MAC... six unsuccessful tries. What do I do now? And, I can wait for newer firmware, but I think I will need to resolve the not mounting problem first.
