I have never seen “DFU in FS mode”

Yes I have 2 different usb cables and a PC and a MAC. Both computers fail to see the unit. I do not use a hub and have tried several from usb connections on both computers.

I am using Chrome. I am on a Mac. I do the reset but the lights barely change when I do that. When I reset the unit, is the light supposed to do anything?

I am doing these steps but my computer doesn’t see the unit either. Using Chrome but nothing.
