Great to have a working unit now - decided to buy new from Found Sound as used from other countries, fraught with issues, mainly repairs/warranty ...
But loving the new dark edition, which seems to sound better than the pnky one :) kidding! I did a video of my first playing around with it and as I mention in the video ...
1 - I am right in thinking you can't have CV in and also play midi along with that? Would be cool if you could - I do this on my Disting EX with great effect ... you know a sequencer from CV and then play chords over it
2 - Note stealing - when you go over the 8 notes, does it take the first one away or the last one before the 9th? Also it seemed to make a slight click sometimes and not others - what are the conditions for that?
3 - Still trying to work out the switch to chord from single ... shift and trigger button seems to work sometimes and not others?
4 - Any firmware updates that address any of the above?

1 - you’re right. CV in transposes the whole module, to enable pitched chord playback. It doesn’t operate on just one voice like the disting. So using midi and cv is confusing because the midi is constantly reprogramming what the cv gate play.
2 - the clicking is fixed in the latest firmware. This was happening when the new note was much quieter than the note being stolen. The stolen note priority selects the oldest and most decayed.
3 - the trick is to release Trigger while still holding Shift.
4 - see 2
