Hey all, love my polyC, but been having a lot of midi issues lately: Pretty often, I have to factory reset it. it's like, it looses the midi channel it was set to? it's honestly become pretty unreliable. Last night however, it got into this state where it would just trigger it'sself. whatever last chord it held. So I tried a factory reset, unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing. thought it was a stuck note so i pulled the midi cable and reset it again but it made no difference, little dude just sat there, flashing it's little chord, seemed like it was getting faster and faster too. so after I'd pulled every patch, factory reset it 3 or 4 times and nothing changed, i just gave up, turned off the rack, and went to bed. Booted it up tonight and it no longer accepts any midi, on any channel. same cable, same controller nothing changed from what was a previously working setup. my rack is pretty small, and I don't have any other TRS midi modules to test this with. Is this kind of unreliability normal with these things? I've had it for 10 months.

Hi there, I’ve not come across a poly c that self triggers chords like you’ve described. At 10 months old your best bet is to return it for a warranty repair. I suspect it will just need a new Daisy board. Let me know how you get on.
